Welcome! We are a small community of 12th grade students aiming to ace our exams by not only studying at the best of our capacity but maintaining a healthy sleep schedule, diet and a healthy environment which promotes mindfulness and mental health.
Sleep is really important for pretty much everything. Sleep decides the aulity of our work fo rthat day. Good sleep affects our metabolism, diet and mental health.
For teenagers, at least 6-7 hours of sleep is crucial to get everyday.
Taking it a step further, it is recommended to align our sleep schedule with the movement of the Sun. Naturally, our circadian rhythm matches the sun’s movement but due to voluntary actions we end up disrupting this cycle.
Our ideal sleep schedule should get us to bed by 10:00 - 11:00 pm and wake up by 5:00 am (#selfpromotion).
But since we are students in 12th grade it’s okay to stay up late doing work sometimes. But since we are also in this 5 am club it’s not really okay… 😅
